At Youniq, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from purchase to delivery. Below is our shipping policy outlining how we process and handle your orders.


1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic (Denmark): We ship across all regions of Denmark.
  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide, including Europe, North America, Asia, and select other regions. If your country is not listed during checkout, feel free to contact us at help@getyouniq.com for assistance.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and the shipping method chosen. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Shipping (Denmark):
    • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): 70 DKK 
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International (2–5 business days):10 EUR.

For any orders over 1500 DKK (200 EUR), we offer free shipping.


3. Order Processing & Production Time

Since Youniq garments are made-to-order, please note that crafting your unique item takes time. Our production timeline ensures that your piece is made with care and attention to detail, contributing to a more sustainable and personalized shopping experience.

  • Crafting/Production Time: Each garment is made on-demand and typically takes 7–14 business days to craft, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production queue.

  • Order Processing Time: Once your garment is crafted, it will be processed for shipment within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or major sales events. If there are any expected delays in production, we will notify you via email.


4. Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (Denmark):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 5–15 business days (varies depending on the destination)
  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping service provider. Please be aware that factors such as customs, weather, or postal delays may impact delivery times.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the shipping provider’s website.

If you have not received your tracking number or need assistance with tracking your package, contact us at help@getyouniq.com.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs, duties, and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. Youniq is not responsible for these additional charges. All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise checking with your local customs office for more details regarding any potential fees before placing your order.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@getyouniq.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the case of a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage and the original packaging to ensure a smooth claims process.


8. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us immediately at help@getyouniq.com. We will do our best to adjust the shipping details before the order is dispatched, but once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted for shipment to certain locations due to local regulations. If we cannot ship a specific product to your location, we will contact you immediately to discuss possible alternatives.
