What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@getyouniq.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly tosupport@getyouniq.com. For all faulty items you will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or tailored products (special orders, personalized items or products that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are currently offering free-shipping to every domestic and international order, independently of the basket size.

Shipping times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping service provider. Please be aware that factors such as customs, weather, or postal delays may impact delivery times.

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the shipping provider’s website.

If you have not received your tracking number or need assistance with tracking your package, contact us at support@getyouniq.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customs, duties, and taxes may be applied by your local customs office. Youniq is not responsible for these additional charges. All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise checking with your local customs office for more details regarding any potential fees before placing your order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getyouniq.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the case of a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage and the original packaging to ensure a smooth claims process.

Order Processing & Production Time

Since Youniq garments are made-to-order, please note that crafting your unique item takes time. Our production timeline ensures that your piece is made with care and attention to detail, contributing to a more sustainable and personalized shopping experience.

  • Crafting/Production Time: Each garment is made on-demand and typically takes 7–14 business days to craft, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production queue.
  • Order Processing Time: Once your garment is crafted, it will be processed for shipment within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or major sales events. If there are any expected delays in production, we will notify you via email.
