ABOUT

My name is Sille, and I'm currently studying fashion design at the Scandinavian Academy of Design in Copenhagen. Creativity has always been my greatest source of joy—whether it's designing clothes, painting, or building things.

I come from a family with a rich sewing tradition. My grandmother and great-grandmother taught me many of the skills I use today, and I feel fortunate that they passed down both their passion and craft to me.

I'm also quite experimental—you won't see me with the same hair color for more than six months. I love exploring new styles, creating different personas, and generally having fun with my look and also my designs.

I have also previously worked in the PR department at Ganni which gave me an insight in how the fashion industry works.

INSPIRATION / AESTHETIC

Sille draws inspiration from a variety of sources—music she's listened to, movies she's watched, and art that moves her. However, most of her inspiration comes from her surroundings and the people in her life, particularly her friends and family. Her latest project was inspired by her best friend and his love of normalizing men dressing in a feminine manner. She also finds great inspiration in clothing from past eras.
